This meal has been on our weekly meal planner for a few weeks now but, something always came up to make us “postpone” it. Whether it was unexpected bigger lunches that made us too full for dinners, feeling tired/lazy and phoning in a takeout order, or just not feeling salmon for dinner, it always seemed to be pushed to later and later days.
I’m happy it came together this evening. Finally.
I’m trying to work back into the habit of photographing regularly. There are a lot of reasons I have struggled doing so and I feel like I’m ready to meet those reasons head on. For the month of May, I’m going to try just using my smartphone camera to get at least a daily photo taken. It’s the “path of least friction” to make this happen.
