There is one table, the table I usually choose, at the back of the taqueria. It’s right next to a window and the afternoon sunlight pokes through the window decals to hit the table just right.

Tacos al pastor paired with a cadre of freshly made salsas was the self-care that I needed this afternoon. That, and the sunlight.

  1. thanks for the follow.
just went through several of your posts. Excellent. Stopped about where you lamented/happy with the working from home. I work from home too. When I do have to go out to meetings I wonder how all those people who commute do it. Every day….so much lost time.

    1. Thank you! I do really like working remotely. It fits me more than working in a traditional office setting. What I haven’t done enough of is socialize in other ways, like meetups and even just being out and working in public spaces (like coffeeshops) as much as I should.
