1 tbsp freshly ground coffee for each cup (6 oz), and a #4 cone unbleached filter. Use fresh, cool filtered water. Heat water to 205 degrees Fahrenheit and pour evenly over the grounds.
That is the first specific thing that I (usually) face each day. I like to keep it routine. I like the standard to begin the day. And I like what it results in.
